She is a Lead Facilitator for the Google Digital Academy, where she trains their top clients in mobile strategy, programmatic advertising and user-centric marketing. Her compelling style is straightforward, energising, stimulating of discussion and regularly inspires listeners into action.

In 2014, Pilar’s mission to help brands unlock the potential of their people led her to found her own business, Barrio Digital, a collective of her most talented peers. She has trained and advised many other organisations around the world, such as Star India, RTE, Eckes Granini, British Airways and Skoda.
